Walnut Cove Realty new sales center revealed
We are thrilled to announce the location of the new Walnut Cove Realty sales center and comprehensive luxury real estate complex in Asheville, N.C. Conveniently located on Brevard Road directly across from the entrance to The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, Walnut Cove new premises will include more than 24,500 square feet of commercial space including the sales center, and fourteen retail spaces supporting the real estate needs of the South Asheville area. Tenants will include builders, architects, design and selection centers, property management, and other businesses supporting the residents of both The Cliffs at Walnut Cove and the greater area, as well as a proposed coffee shop/café. The premises will also feature more than 100 parking spaces for guests of Walnut Cove Realty and real estate related businesses. From agent to builder to interior design, Walnut Cove Realty’s new premises will serve as a one-stop shop for consumers’ real estate needs.
Since the inception of Walnut Cove Realty, our business strategy has included establishing a sales center outside the gates of The Cliffs at Walnut Cove to expand our superior service and experience to a broader client base while still knowledgeably serving the needs of our Walnut Cove clients. As of May 1, our team of luxury real estate industry specialists will serve clients out of our sales office located at 630 Long Shoals Road in Arden, N.C. The new Walnut Cove Realty Sales Center is expected to open by the end of the year.
