Smith has been the real estate agent of choice for luxury buyers and sellers with 73 luxury real estate transactions year-to-date totaling $100+ million in sales based on Canopy MLS.

Smith was the listing agent for the 47-acre property bordering The Cliffs at Walnut Cove that sold in just three days from listing to close in mid-October, with multiple offers, at $5.25 million, $255,000 over list price.
